Fuel your body with the right nutrients.
First of all, I know you didn’t come here because you like the look of beetroot, celery and ginger juice, you know your body needs something as delicious and healthy as this.
Believe me, this juice has changed my life. It cleans and nourishes your body from the inside out.
For the sake of clarity, I will explain in short the benefits of each of the ingredients.
Celery!
With a powerhouse of phytonutrients, celery is a health seeker’s dream come true. The benefits can be found in the leaves, stalks, seeds, and roots. I have been drinking celery juice for a while and one thing I noticed while drinking it, is the fact that I feel immediately energized . The salty taste is the sodium and essential electrolyte that helps pour body maintain a balance of fluid.
Beetroots!
The beautiful thing about this root is the juice is sweet and delicious. The juice have been associated with numerous health benefits, you can do your research online. Some of these benefits include improved blood flow, lower blood pressure, and increased exercise performance. Many of these benefits are due to their high content of inorganic nitrates. Beetroots are delicious raw but more frequently cooked or pickled. Their leaves — known as beet greens — can also be eaten.
There are numerous types of beetroot, many of which are distinguished by their color — yellow, white, pink, or dark purple.
Ginger!
Ginger is pretty incredible too. In Africa, I remember when I was young, my mum would make me chew some raw ginger if I have some inflammation or down with cold, and believe me it works like magic. It doesn’t even take 24 hours and I am better
Gingers’ incredible healing effects put it right at the top of my list of go-to plant-foods for medicinal purposes. Apart from being good for detoxification and cleansing, it is also a powerful anti-inflammatory, promotes healthy circulation, and helps out with coughs and colds.
Ginger is zingy and warming, with a distinctive zesty flavor and aroma. It comes in yellow, white, and red varieties; we use the underground rhizome part of the plant.
Do you know this juice can make your skin glam while giving you all its nutrients and benefits
